Curry Pork

I had to make some.. no duck so used thin pork slices, bamboo shoots, onion, bell pepper, garlic and jalepenos. Yummy!!!

CURRY OH CURRY

CURRY is one of my favorite flavors.

I like Thai, Japanese, Chinese, West Indies, and Indiana curry from red to green, hot to mild... I simply adore CURRY. How about you? What is your favorite curry?? Have you ever tried it? If not what's keeping you from giving it a chance?? Living in Florida, there is a HUGE variety of curries in the area. I must admit that I have had many moments, after a long day of work I would come home and my entire apartment would be filled with the NEIGHBORS smell of curry. Sometimes it smells delicious and other times I seriously was concerned for their future health. LOL Regardless I have found a deep love for everything curried. HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!! 2013!
