Who basted her baked chicken with yesterday's soup broth? This girl! #2014 #gobigorgetleft Anybody else tried this method?
The chicken was seasoned and baked at 425.. halfway through I basted with yesterday's soup broth. The skin was deeeliciously crispy and the meat was moist, tender and flavorful.

OLD ITEM/NEW USE
Have you ever tried to make chicken soup or even boil chicken just to get the broth... I have and I hate the fact that I get that white foam everytime I try to boil chicken.
So how many of you have tried to have coffee in a French press? I myself am not a coffee drinker but the experience of a French press is something that I really like.
Which leads me to my first installment of OLD ITEM/NEW USE. When you boil your chicken and you have that foam, what I do is I pour my broth into a French press!
